We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic Field Sales and Telesales Representatives on a Freelance or Contract basis – paid on a commission basis for every sale (after payment by client received) on new Website builds and/or for every new sale of one of our monthly subscription packages for Website management and/or Digital Marketing.

Target Client: Any SME business with a website! (or Digital Marketing Requirements) in Ireland or the UK.
There are literally tens of thousands of potential new clients who would happily benefit from our services. Your job is to find them, and show them the benefits of choosing us to be their website development, website management and digital marketing supplier/partner.

The role requires the candidates to have strong sales experience, excellent verbal communication, high-energy personality and goal orientated, who thrive on fast-paced environment. Our best agents are making in excess of 750 euro per day!  They only reach these numbers by continuously setting up meetings and calls with decision makers along with networking with SME business owners and groups etc.

If you are consistently successful and bringing in new client business on a regular basis, we will reward you with additional bonuses!, with the possibility, after proven, with a basic salary.

Sales is a numbers game but it’s also a client service game..

The more client decision makers you speak to, and close, the more successful you will be and the more money you will make. You will be responsible for actively selling to SME decision makers (CEO’s, Business Owners, Marketing Mangers, IT Managers etc).

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new sale by pitching and selling to new SME customers – which you are responsible to find.
• Build a rapport with potential customers, making sure they are fully informed of our subscription services and digital products and excited to experience them and work with our company.
• Representing webmanagement.ie to our clients professionally.

Availability:
• You must be available to dedicate at least 20 hours per week part-time to prospecting and sales, or Ideally 40 hours. Again, the more qualified people you speak to the more sales you should close.
• You must be willing to travel to meet a customer face to face if required or set up a meeting with one of our principles in person or by video call.

Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ethical – we work ethically and fairly, treating our clients and people in general with honesty, decency and respect. We will expect you to do the same and to abide by our brand values and corporate ethics and responsibility.
• Highly self-motivated, results orientated, and able to thrive under pressure

• ***Minimum performance requirements:
You must close / bring in at least 2 x  new website management subscription clients or at least 2 new website design and build projects per month to continue working with us.

 

We are also open to working with other businesses that can upsell their client base with our services e.g. a marketing company or graphic design business that want to generate a predictive and scalable monthly income.
